Glow in the Dark base works well with both Keratin Rubber Base and Hard Gel systems.
Start with a thin layer of Keratin Rubber Base and use the Glow base for leveling.
If you’re reinforcing the nails with Hard Gel, apply the gel first, then add one or two thin layers of the Glow base.
You’ll still see the glowing effect. This base can also be layered over any color.
Important: Neon shades in this base are sensitive to the lamp.
In strong lamps, the pigment may burn out. To prevent uneven color, cure each finger separately — 30 seconds per finger for strong lamps, or 1 minute for lower-power lamps.
This helps avoid color fading and keeps the glow effect even.
